Upon graduating in his early twenties, Pablo was offered the position of Resident Manager at Melia’ Hotels international. This prestigious role gave him valuable experience in the hotels industry over a 10 -year period, managing five separate properties in countries including Spain, Bali, Mexico and Dominican Republic. Following his time at Melia’, he assumed the role of Managing Director at the award-winning hospitality company, Grupo Tragaluz, where he would oversee hundreds of employees and 20 Restaurants based out in Barcelona and Madrid. While at Grupo Tragaluz, he was instrumental in developing Hotel Omm over a four-year period in Barcelona as Managing Director - working with the world’s top ranked Michelin - star chefs the Roca Brothers. Pablo’s last venture was as Co - founder at KLIMA Restaurant and Bar, a culinary concept inspired by contemporary gastronomy from Barcelona, located in the heart of the historic district in Miami Beach, Florida.
