KLIMA MIAMI RESTAURANT & BAR

A Spanish-inspired progressive hospitality concept in the historic district of Miami Beach. Owners Pablo Fernández-Valdés and Yago Giner Viscasillas blended their Spanish heritage with South Florida's cultural diversity, offering a contemporary menu inspired by Barcelona in a casual yet elegant interior. Spanning 5,200 square feet, the renovated 70-seat restaurant features indoor and outdoor dining areas, a serene outdoor terrace, and a menu curated by Executive Chef David "Rusti" Rustarazo, highlighting eclectic dishes with a simplistic style rooted in the culinary traditions of Catalonia and the western Mediterranean coastal region. Albert Ventura, was the gastronomic advisor for KLIMA Miami. Ventura currently owns Restaurant COURE, Wall 47 and opened El Cercle restaurant in Barcelona.
