DOM LUIS BOAVISTA

The project involves two interconnected hotels: a 4-star establishment with 70 rooms in a characteristic Lisbon architecture courtyard targeting a youthful clientele, and a 5-star hotel in a historic building with 20 suites catering to a more distinguished clientele, complemented by two restaurants. The initiative stemmed from winning an international competition by Fondo Siete Colinas, resulting in a 25-year lease agreement as operators. The design focuses on creating a shelter from the city's bustle, connecting spaces through a garden, lobby, and restaurant, fostering a diverse and multicultural environment as a meeting point for both guests and locals.
