NUDO

Brought to life and co-founded by Azul, Pablo Fernández-Valdés, Senador Pallero and head chef Edo Fiaschi, Nudo harmoniously blends organic wines, local kombucha, and delectable Balearic delights sourced from both the farm and sea. Perched above the turquoise waters of Es Figueral, the project was conceived by Pablo  with the vision of creating a natural and raw atmosphere with talented individuals who had the urge to inspire the island. It reimagines the traditional payés family business, emblematic of the Ibicencan Balearic Island, through the lens of a youthful spirit, infusing high-quality and simplistic gastronomy.

Nudo’s open kitchen,  a "less is more" laid-back elegance adorned with rustic touches, invites locals and tourists alike to savor simplicity and rich flavors at the beach, capturing the essence of Ibiza with a fresh perspective.
